javascript is crap. and honestly, i hate it. modern websites are terrible thanks to javascript, it's a stupid language honestly, and it's shit for software freedom. the only javascript on this site is for webrings which i wish i didnt have to but dont got much of a choice here. i try to use it as least as possible. i hatee it.

so im autistic, right? i figure most of you know this by now. neocities sites are... a place. in my time exploring neocities, ive noticed a lot of sites lack accessibility features. i try to make mine as accessible as possible, although im still working on it. (describing images is hard!) but other than lacking accessibility features, a lot of them have been... VERY overstimulating for me. i will open one and close it very quickly because theres so many things on screen, and so many colors, and autoplaying music... it's basically impossible for me to navigate or look at. i understand it's a thing here, because a lot of people like sites with this vibe... but it's really terrible for me. i really appreciate anyone who makes simple sites that are easy to look at, and any other accessibility features they add. thank you!
